Casa Valia Homes was founded by husband-and-wife team Jairus and Dalia, whose shared passion for quality, thoughtful design, and exceptional craftsmanship inspired the creation of the company and its signature home, Evora.
For more than 25 years, Jairus has worked in the luxury kitchen and bath industry, collaborating with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders throughout San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Those years of experience have shaped his appreciation for timeless design, premium materials, and the level of craftsmanship that defines truly exceptional homes.
As a homeowner who experienced the homebuilding journey from foundation to final walkthrough, Dalia developed a deep appreciation for what makes a home truly special. She understands that the most important details are often the ones hidden behind the walls—quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and thoughtful building practices that provide lasting comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind. Her perspective inspires every decision, ensuring each home is designed with the features, functionality, and attention to detail that today's families genuinely value.

When we created Casa Valia Homes, we weren't simply starting a homebuilding company—we were pursuing a vision.
We asked ourselves a simple question:
"If we were building our forever home, what would we want included?"
That question became the foundation of everything we do.

Our signature home, Evora, reflects that philosophy.
